Wrist & Forearm Stretch

The wrist and forearm stretch is the most coder-specific move in VibeFit — it directly relieves the strain of hours of typing and mousing. VibeFit times the hold while you extend and stretch each arm.

How to do it

  1. 1Extend one arm straight in front, palm down.
  2. 2Use your other hand to gently pull the fingers back, then down.
  3. 3Hold each direction, then switch arms.

  • Hold both flexion and extension

  • Rushing the hold
