Refund Policy

The short version

  • Monthly Pro: full refund within 7 days of first charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, cancel to stop future renewals.
  • Annual Pro: full refund within 14 days of first charge. After 14 days, we refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis if you cancel.
  • Renewals(the second monthly or annual charge): no refund if you forgot to cancel — but reach out and we'll usually try to work something out, especially if you only used the service in the early days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@vibefit.my from the address on your VibeFit account. Tell us which charge to refund (the date and amount). Most refunds are processed within 5 business days. Stripe takes another 5–10 days to put the money back on your card.

What is not refundable

  • Coins, badges, or buddy XP — they have no cash value and are not exchangeable for real money.
  • Any spend-catalogue redemption already consumed (e.g., a Pro-day gift code that the recipient has used).
  • Charges from before the refund windowdescribed above, except at our discretion.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while we investigate. This is rarely the best outcome for either side — please email us first, we're responsive.

Free tier

The free tier of VibeFit is always free. Nothing on the free tier requires payment, so nothing on the free tier is refundable.
